McMahan Industrial Services of Central Iowa offers certified mobile welding services to commercial and industrial companies needing onsite welding repairs, including aerial welding. In addition to mobile welding services, we offer structural welding for construction companies needing experts in reinforcing or replacing beams, plates, joints, clips and lintels. We offer custom metal fabrication to industrial and commercial manufacturers needing metal projects such as staircases, handrails, catwalks, tables, platforms, guards etc. We are a one stop solution providing a seamless customer service experience by handling the job from first measurement to final installation. We offer both welding and fabrication jobs.

Steel Fabricator
We are looking for a Steel Fabricator with strong leadership skills to manage fabrication projects.
Job Requirements
- 1+ years experience with CNC press brake and plasma table.
- Knowledgeable on stainless steel and carbon steel, TIG and MIG welding procedures.
- Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and understand measurements.
- Experience with SolidWorks or similar software programs (highly preferred).
- Familiar with forklifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, cranes etc.
- Strong customer service and leadership skills.
- Able to efficiently manage time and work without supervision.
- Have a valid driver’s license.

Field Technician

Millwright Foreman
We are looking for a Millwright Foreman with strong leadership skills.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years millwright experience.
- Strong customer service and leadership skills.
- Can effectively manage a jobsite.
- Proficient at reading drawings.
- Proven ability to measure jobs for quotes (including the amount of labor and materials required for projects).
- Familiar with forklifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, cranes etc.
- SMAW welding and fabrication skills.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
